AM 1 Bla­de Angle Meter

The AM1 Angle Meter makes mea­su­ring doc­tor bla­de angles easy and preci­se.
Its con­ti­nuo­us display, high-accu­racy sen­sor, and opti­mal fil­te­ring deli­ver reliable results wit­hout the need for repea­ted mea­su­re­ments.
In addi­tion to mea­su­ring angle dif­fe­rences, it can also mea­su­re abso­lu­te angles.

The FPM‑4 is desig­ned for industrial mea­su­re­ments. In addi­tion to basic para­me­ter mea­su­re­ments, it can also mea­su­re:

The FPM‑4 can be equip­ped with 1 – 4 sen­sors via two M8 con­nec­tors.
Each con­nec­tor sup­ports eit­her two 0 – 5V vol­ta­ge inputs or one 4 – 20mA cur­rent loop sen­sor, with auto­ma­tic sen­sor type recog­ni­tion.

You can select mea­su­re­ment units from com­mon SI units, allowing real-time simul­ta­neous moni­to­ring of mul­tiple para­me­ters.

DIGITAL 0 – 360° INCLINOMETER WITH MILLIAMP OUTPUT

The Onli­neAngle sen­sor is desig­ned for industrial-gra­de angle mea­su­re­ment under deman­ding con­di­tions.
It mea­su­res the full 0 – 360° ran­ge and pro­vi­des a pas­si­ve 4 – 20mA out­put.

Reso­lu­tion: 0.1° over the full ran­ge.
The mea­su­re­ment is adap­ti­ve­ly fil­te­red based on angu­lar speed — slow chan­ges use slower fil­te­ring, and fast move­ments use fas­ter fil­te­ring this ensu­res a res­pon­si­ve and stable rea­ding in all con­di­tions.

The sen­sor inclu­des a ter­mi­nal block for cus­tom cabling, or is avai­lable with an M12 con­nec­tor.
Angle mea­su­re­ment is done with accu­ra­te digi­tal incli­no­me­ter IC.

VC1 – Val­ve actua­tor

Ver­sa­ti­le test device for the most com­mon pro­por­tio­nal val­ves.

The VC1 is a hand­held tes­ting device desig­ned for pro­por­tio­nal val­ve cont­rol.
Sup­por­ted sig­nals:

• 4(0) … 20mA input/​output sig­nals
• -10 (0) … +10V input/​output sig­nals
• Return sig­nal sca­ling is selec­table and adjus­table (e.g., 4 – 20 mA out­put with 0 – 1.6 V feed­back)
• Up to 2400 mA direct coil dri­ve, for val­ves wit­hout inter­nal elect­ro­nics or when tes­ting wit­hout ampli­fier cards

The VC1 can be powe­red via a 24 VDC supply, eit­her from the inclu­ded 24 V /​ 2.5 A adap­ter or direct­ly from the valve’s 6+1 con­nec­tor. Vol­ta­ge and cur­rent values are displayed on the screen, allowing you to check power supply issues direct­ly from the device. The device set­tings allow you to select flow, pres­su­re or percen­ta­ge as the sca­ling value for the elect­rical sig­nal. Flow and pres­su­re can be sca­led free­ly accor­ding to the sig­nals.

• Menu navi­ga­tion is hand­led via a poten­tio­me­ter and “Enable” switch, with clear sta­tus indica­tors.

• The mac­hi­ned alu­mi­num housing ensu­res dura­bi­li­ty in industrial envi­ron­ments.
• The AMOLED display pro­vi­des excel­lent visi­bi­li­ty in all ligh­ting con­di­tions.
